Allapattah / GSA Lot
We need your voice!
The City of Miami owns 18-acres of land in the middle of Allapattah, which is currently being used by several city departments. Mayor Francis Suarez has asked developers for ideas on how to develop this property, known as the GSA lot and located at Northwest 20th Street between 12th and 14th Avenue.
This property is the heart of our community. Whatever happens there will affect Allapattah for decades to come. That’s why we need your opinion on how it should be used!
If you live or work in Allapattah, we’d love for you to take our survey. You can do this online, by clicking on this link. Or, you can email us at Allapattahc@cdc.org to request an in-person survey from one of our team members.
As part of this initiative, survey results will be delivered to our city leaders this summer.
Thank you for participating!
